Projektmanager – full remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Planning, managing, and successfully executing projects from initiation to completion and handover.

• Definition of project objectives along with scope, time, and budget management.

• Proactive planning and coordination of personnel and technical resources.

• Application of traditional, agile, and hybrid project management methodologies.

• Identification of project risks and development of mitigation strategies.

• Ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

• Management of changes and assessment of their impacts.

• Technical leadership of interdisciplinary project teams.

• Coordination of internal departments, external service providers, and technology partners.

• Implementation and scaling of pilot projects, as well as transition into operational organization.

• Stakeholder management and communication tailored to target groups.

• Regular reporting to management levels and preparation of decision-making documents.

• Comprehensive and traceable project documentation.

• Support in change processes, fostering acceptance of new solutions, and aiding digital transformation.

• Ensuring knowledge transfer and continuous development of project management standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree in business, computer science, engineering, natural sciences, or a comparable field.

• Several years of professional experience in managing complex projects, preferably in the healthcare or life sciences sector.

• Familiarity with GKV-SV, ÖGD, DiGA, and ePA.

• Solid knowledge of traditional and agile project management methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, PRINCE2, and PMI.

• Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master is an advantage.

• Proficient use of MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.

• Strong analytical and strategic skills, along with a structured, solution-oriented approach to work.

• Initiative, accountability, and integrity.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, along with a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Assertiveness, diplomatic skill, and confident presence towards stakeholders at all levels.

• Excellent proficiency in German and English (C-Level).
