This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more countries.
• Oversee a portfolio of client projects
• Ensure the effectiveness of client delivery processes
• Execute and maintain key projects utilizing Humentum’s established systems and procedures
• Collaborate with both internal and external project stakeholders
• Serve as a resource for knowledge and guidance regarding Humentum products
• Meet with clients and consultants to elucidate products and offerings, address inquiries, and align with their needs and expectations
• Manage and enhance delivery processes to ensure projects are completed within the defined scope, schedule, and budget while delivering exceptional customer service
• Work with other teams to integrate client delivery into Humentum’s service offerings while upholding quality and process efficiency
• Coordinate with the sales team to generate new leads
• Foster relationships with both past and current clients
• Assist in refining project management procedures and tools
• Contribute to other Humentum initiatives as assigned (5%)
• Preferable qualifications in business and/or project management or equivalent experience
• Understanding of the social sector and common organizational needs in compliance, financial management, program management, and people development
• Experience with database administration tools
• Familiarity with Salesforce
• Proficiency in project management software
• Experience in managing leads and scheduling resources within a professional services team or similar function
• Outstanding customer service, communication, and relationship management abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness
• Strong skills in portfolio and project management
• Highly organized approach to work
• Capability to manage complex projects and meet the expectations of multiple stakeholders
• Ability to identify client needs and adapt proposals, project plans, and presentation styles accordingly
• Experience in building and managing budgets
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Independent problem-solving capabilities
• Must be available to work from 13:00–16:00 UTC
• Must reside in a location with the legal right to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Kenya, or India
• Reliable high-speed internet connection is required
• Suitable environment for leading and participating in video-enabled virtual meetings
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
• Position is remote and home-based
• Part of a global remote team

• Compensation based on the US scale for US-based staff or a global scale for other locations
