Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct multiple simultaneous, highly collaborative projects from inception through completion and transition.

• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to establish project objectives, scope, requirements, deliverables, and metrics for success.

• Create and oversee project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and responsibilities.

• Foster cross-functional execution and accountability to eliminate obstacles, resolve issues, and achieve project goals.

• Manage modifications to scope or timelines by evaluating their impact, aligning stakeholders, and updating plans accordingly.

• Provide stakeholders and leadership with transparent project visibility, including updates on progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes.

• Participate in the ongoing enhancement of PMO processes, governance, and delivery practices.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of project management experience overseeing complex, cross-functional initiatives.

• Experience in the healthcare, health technology, SaaS, or other dynamic environments is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects, prioritize competing demands, and achieve results across various teams.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; capable of synthesizing information for both technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.

• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Strong stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence and ensure accountability without direct authority.

• Proactive in problem-solving, possessing sound judgment, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity.

• Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams, translating complex information into actionable strategies.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, ClickUp, or similar platforms.

• Comfortable utilizing modern collaboration and AI technologies.

• PMP or equivalent certification is advantageous.
