Project Manager, R&D Critical Reagent Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of project and program management tasks.

• Address challenges and enhance the capabilities of the team.

• Serve as the primary contact for the Sponsor regarding all aspects of ICON services, including the daily management of studies.

• Attend and represent ICON at meetings with the Sponsor.

• Manage 10–15 studies in compliance with Good Clinical Practice standards.

• Deliver updates on study progress to Sponsors in a professional and responsible manner.

• Provide Sponsors with consistent management reports.

• Offer ICOLAB support to Sponsor personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as life sciences or healthcare.

• Prior experience in project management within a laboratory or clinical research environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of representing the company at Sponsor meetings.

• Ability to concurrently manage multiple studies while adhering to regulatory standards and guidelines.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to effectively handle study documentation and timelines.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
