This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will establish and develop our process and project management as a cornerstone for growth and efficiency.

• Build and design a process landscape: You will create a transparent, company-wide process landscape (End-to-End) — from the initial assessment to a lived structure.

• You will restructure topics where clear solutions are currently lacking, transforming ambiguity into clarity.

• You will set up a PMO that truly earns its name: as a real control instrument, not merely a documentation repository.

• You will be responsible for KPI monitoring and reporting — with the aim that numbers drive decisions.

• Digital transformation & AI integration: You aim to actively incorporate new technologies — especially AI — into your work and to bring others along.

• You will evaluate and implement digital tools and automation solutions that genuinely assist — not just those that sound good.

• You will advance the digitalization roadmap while navigating between vision and feasibility.

• Collaboration & sparring: You will work closely with departments, IT, and management — on equal footing, not as an extended arm.

• You will act as a sparring partner for leaders on process and project issues, offering your own perspectives.

• You will engage the team: Change management is not just a buzzword for you; it is an integral part of your work.

• Initial professional experience that demonstrates your understanding of how companies operate — we are not looking for a novice, but neither for a rigid manager.

• A specific area of expertise is not required. More important than formal background are practical experience and verifiable successes in designing processes and digital transformation initiatives.

• Experience in independently managing projects or process topics — from concept to implementation, not just in a supporting role.

• AI is not a foreign concept for you: You do not need to be an expert, but you have engaged with it, know where it is already beneficial, and wish to apply it actively.

• A basic technical understanding of system landscapes, data flows, and digital tools — you do not need to know how to program, but you should be able to engage in discussions.

• Strong communication skills at all levels: You can simplify complex concepts — for management just as for colleagues in daily operations.
