This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Responsible for the operational project execution directly at the client's site.
• Conduct on-site assessments and create technical descriptions along with photographic documentation of the lots.
• Ensure and relay all relevant auction information to the Auction Manager.
• Assist in the structuring, prioritization, and compilation of lots for the seller.
• Organize and oversee viewing and pickup days on-site.
• Communicate and coordinate with buyers and sellers.
• Coordinate service providers for disassembly, logistics, pickup, and other logistical processes.
• Manage post-auction sales after the conclusion of the auctions, as well as the handover of lots to buyers, ensuring a professional customer journey.
• Completed technical training or studies, or relevant experience in the machinery field.
• Relevant work experience as a project manager, service technician, or in an industrial setting.
• Basic knowledge of machinery, ideally in metal or woodworking.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of another European language is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and a structured work approach.
• Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively (approx. 50%) within Germany, with a focus on Baden-Württemberg.
