Project Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Provide mentorship and support to the development team.

• Engage in the development and upkeep of web applications and sophisticated websites utilizing Python (Django) along with React/React Native (TypeScript).

• Assist project managers in team oversight, including problem resolution, task estimation, and schedule prioritization.

• Collaborate closely with team members, including PMs, POs, UI/UX Designers, and Developers.

• Actively participate in projects by conducting analysis and offering technology recommendations.

• Collect requirements from stakeholders, document them, and present them to the team, including an evaluation of technical feasibility.

• Ensure code quality within the project by implementing and verifying tests and enforcing design standards.

• Regularly contribute code to repositories and conduct code reviews.

• Adapt solutions for various browsers and devices.

• Collaborate using Scrum methodology.

• Provide technical support to clients and the team.

• Attend company meetings and Tech-Talks.

• Be prepared to work on multiple projects, demonstrating the ability to switch between them effortlessly.

• Be open to potential business travel, such as meeting clients, external teams, or engaging in periodic planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Project Tech Lead, with a solid emphasis on both backend and frontend skills.

• A higher technical education degree.

• A comprehensive understanding of system architecture and the capability to design systems effectively.

• A proactive approach to project responsibility by actively proposing solutions, taking initiative, and making architectural decisions.

• A focus on delivering complete functionality that meets project requirements and fulfills clients' business expectations.

• Advanced knowledge of Python (Django) programming best practices.

• Familiarity with React, React Native, Redux, RTK Query, HTML5, CSS3 (Sass), TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6).

• Experience utilizing AI tools such as Claude/Cursor.

• Prior experience working with cloud environments and modern DevOps practices.

• Ability to articulate both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Willingness to learn and work with emerging technologies.

• Proficient in using Git version control systems and code review tools.

• Proficiency in Polish and English at a minimum C1 level.
