Project Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily activities of project team members

• Assist in distributing and monitoring tasks and deadlines

• Engage with testers, evaluators, and other participants in the project

• Track team progress and follow up on unresolved tasks

• Keep the team updated on project developments and requirements

• Identify challenges and escalate them to management when necessary

• Ensure that tasks are completed on schedule and in alignment with project objectives

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting

• Provide management with updates related to the project and team

• Assist in the coordination of international technology and data collection initiatives

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

• Capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Comfortable in communicating with and supporting a team

• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems

• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)

• Proficient in working with and analyzing large data sets

• Skilled in utilizing AI tools and open to incorporating them into daily tasks

• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail

• Proactive disposition and readiness to accept responsibility

• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally

• Proficiency in English (minimum B2) – required

• Native Ukrainian – required

• Knowledge of additional languages – an advantage
