Project Surveyor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Primarily engage in CAD functions for the preparation of construction surveys.

• Conduct layout calculations, including ALTA, boundary, topographic, and specialized surveys.

• Prepare and coordinate construction layout calculations for field personnel.

• Oversee CAD-generated surface models and create precise contours, cross sections, and profile drawings.

• Execute project research and setup tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in performing related tasks.

• A degree or relevant courses in a related field is advantageous.

• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D software.

• Capable of reading civil, architectural, and structural drawings competently, including intricate details, and successfully interpret them for construction layout.

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, address client work requests, and generate work order instructions for field staff.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, and Word).

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
