This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

• Ensure technical governance and quality in the implementation of SAP GROW with BTP.

• Serve as the technical and strategic counterpart to the partner.

• Guarantee efficient adoption of a clean core, operational continuity of AMS support, and system scalability.

• Monitor SLAs/KPIs, backlog, and system health; escalate critical incidents and demand root cause analysis from the provider.

• Oversee the comprehensive work plan, change control, critical path, risks, and dependencies.

• Track milestones of SAP Activate and engage in fit-to-standard workshops.

• Challenge estimates, manage scope, and validate technical design and customization decisions against SAP best practices.

• Manage sub-accounts, costs, and security in BTP.

• Plan the technical evolution of the system, including releases and new modules.

• Monitor schedules, risks, and deliverables; analyze AS-IS/TO-BE processes.

• Prepare executive reports for committees.

• Facilitate communication between IT, Finance, users, and vendors.

• Formalize agreements and ensure training and availability of documentation.

• Professional degree in systems/industrial engineering, administration, or related fields.

• 3 to 6 years of experience in the SAP ecosystem, with exposure to support (AMS) and at least one implementation or migration project.

• Desirable: SAP Associate certification (S/4HANA Cloud or BTP) or in the process of obtaining it.

• Intermediate English (ability to read technical documentation and OSS notes).

• Availability for full-time remote work.

• Ability to manage SLAs/KPIs, backlog, risks, dependencies, costs, and security in BTP.

• Knowledge of SAP GROW, BTP, SAP Activate, and the clean core principle.

• Capacity to analyze AS-IS/TO-BE processes and prepare executive reports.
