This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Monitor and report on integration deliverables, milestone achievements, and business case key performance indicators across a portfolio of simultaneous acquisitions.
• Maintain trackers for integration workstreams, risk logs, and issue registers.
• Record meeting minutes, action items, and decision logs.
• Oversee progress towards Day 1, Day 100, and Year 1 integration milestones.
• Aid in tracking financial performance by ensuring visibility into synergy realization, revenue objectives, and cost commitments from pre-close business cases.
• Proactively identify and escalate risks related to integration timelines, financial goals, or stakeholder commitments.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and/or military background.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in project coordination or program management within a dynamic, multi-stakeholder setting, ideally involving multiple departments or business units concurrently.
• Proficient in Microsoft O365, including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and discipline.
• Ability to navigate and operate effectively in uncertain situations.
