Project Scheduler – Industrial Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Create and uphold comprehensive construction schedules utilizing Primavera P6

• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and field teams to ensure that schedules are accurate and in line with project milestones

• Conduct schedule analysis, critical path assessments, and progress reporting

• Recognize scheduling risks and propose recovery or mitigation strategies

• Assist with schedule updates, forecasting, and tracking of earned value

• Engage in owner meetings and deliver schedule presentations as required

• Coordinate scheduling efforts among various stakeholders and subcontractors

• Travel to active project locations across the United States

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive proficiency with Primavera P6

• Experience in supporting large-scale construction projects in:

• - Data Centers

• - Heavy Industrial

• - Mission Critical environments

• Strong grasp of CPM scheduling methodologies

• Capability to analyze schedule impacts, delays, and recovery plans

• Exceptional communication and coordination abilities

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced construction settings with travel obligations
