Project Scheduler – Industrial Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Create and uphold comprehensive construction schedules utilizing Primavera P6.

• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and field teams to ensure schedule precision and alignment with project milestones.

• Conduct schedule analysis, critical path assessments, and progress reporting.

• Identify scheduling risks and propose recovery or mitigation strategies.

• Assist with schedule updates, forecasting, and earned value tracking.

• Attend owner meetings and deliver schedule presentations as required.

• Coordinate scheduling efforts among various stakeholders and subcontractors.

• Travel to active project locations throughout the United States.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience with Primavera P6.

• Experience in supporting large-scale construction projects within data centers, heavy industrial, and mission-critical settings.

• Strong grasp of CPM scheduling methodologies.

• Capability to analyze schedule impacts, delays, and recovery strategies.

• Exceptional communication and coordination abilities.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced construction environments that involve travel.

• Experience with a general contractor or EPC contractor is preferred.

• Field construction knowledge is highly preferred.

• Experience managing multiple projects or large program schedules.
