Project Scheduler – Industrial Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Create and manage comprehensive construction schedules utilizing Primavera P6

• Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and field teams to ensure schedule precision and alignment with project milestones

• Conduct schedule analysis, critical path assessments, and progress reporting

• Recognize scheduling risks and propose recovery or mitigation strategies

• Assist with schedule updates, forecasting, and earned value management

• Engage in owner meetings and deliver schedule presentations as required

• Coordinate scheduling efforts among various stakeholders and subcontractors

• Travel to active project locations throughout the United States

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience with Primavera P6

• Background in supporting large-scale construction projects within data centers, heavy industrial, or mission-critical settings

• Solid understanding of CPM scheduling methodologies

• Capability to analyze schedule impacts, delays, and recovery strategies

• Outstanding communication and coordination abilities

• Capacity to thrive in fast-paced construction environments with travel demands

• Experience with a general contractor or EPC contractor is preferred

• Strong preference for candidates with field construction knowledge

• Experience managing multiple projects or extensive program schedules
