Project Scheduler – Industrial Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.

📋 Description

• Create and uphold comprehensive construction schedules utilizing Primavera P6.

• Work collaboratively with project managers, superintendents, and field teams to ensure the accuracy of schedules and their alignment with project milestones.

• Conduct schedule analysis, critical path assessments, and progress reporting.

• Recognize scheduling risks and offer recovery or mitigation strategies.

• Assist with schedule updates, forecasting, and tracking of earned value.

• Engage in owner meetings and deliver schedule presentations as required.

• Manage scheduling activities across a variety of stakeholders and subcontractors.

• Travel to active project sites throughout the United States.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience with Primavera P6.

• Background in supporting large-scale construction projects within data centers, heavy industrial, or mission-critical environments.

• Strong grasp of CPM scheduling methodologies.

• Capability to analyze schedule impacts, delays, and recovery strategies.

• Exceptional communication and coordination abilities.

• Aptitude for thriving in fast-paced construction settings with travel obligations.

• Experience with a general contractor or EPC contractor is preferred.

• Field construction knowledge is highly desirable.

• Experience in supporting multiple projects or large program schedules.
