Project Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Engage with global intellectual property (IP) holders regarding game crossover prospects both in China and internationally.

• Comprehend brand values and cultivate robust partner relationships.

• Oversee project operations in collaboration with game developers to enhance revenue and brand visibility through global IP partnerships.

• Lead project management efforts and execute IP oversight.

• Assist licensors and sublicensees to facilitate seamless launches in targeted markets.

• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to integrate brands within games.

• Develop knowledge of licensing and gaming sectors while tracking client and project trends.

• Sustain strong customer relationships.

• Assess project performance and relay results, insights, and lessons learned.

• Suggest actionable IP integration strategies to advance collaborations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in the mobile gaming sector.

• Demonstrated success in project management, particularly in game publishing or game operations.

• Native-level proficiency in Chinese and strong spoken and written English skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse cultures.

• Deep enthusiasm for gaming, particularly mobile games.

• Familiarity with ACGN culture in regions such as Europe, North America, Japan, or Korea.

• Self-driven with robust problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to learn rapidly and excel in a high-paced, KPI-focused environment.

• Experience in digital IP operations and/or game publishing is advantageous.

• Knowledge of remote working tools is a plus.

• Experience collaborating with teams across various locations, cultures, and time zones is a plus.

• Familiarity with AI tools and workflows is a bonus.

• Scalable thinking and a strong sense of ownership are beneficial.

• Flexibility to accommodate some overlap with Beijing working hours is preferred.
