Project Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Facilitate project management and provide support for the CQC team's operational workflows.

• Ensure efficient team operations while managing designated projects.

• Organize and coordinate meetings with relevant stakeholders.

• Assess operational risks and dependencies across various projects.

• Create and maintain leadership dashboards and reports.

• Supervise the ongoing enhancement of internal processes and governance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of applicable experience.

• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of project management tools (such as Asana or similar platforms).

• Experience in supporting multi-stakeholder initiatives within the healthcare sector is preferred.

• A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
