Senior Ground Up Construction Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Leading cross-functional teams to oversee various construction and renovation projects across a vast geographic area.

• Managing projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with design professionals, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that objectives are met.

• Monitoring project financials, maintaining milestone schedules, and delivering regular updates on project status.

• Promoting ongoing process improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 15-20 years of experience in project management encompassing all facets of design and ground-up construction.

• Demonstrated experience in project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web-based applications.

• Knowledgeable about architectural drawings, specifications for furniture/fixtures/equipment, design and space planning concepts, as well as construction costs and schedules.
