This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of delivering inspection services, which includes deploying inspection equipment and technician(s) to both onshore and offshore wind farms across the UK and EU.
• Maintain project management tools and software on a daily basis to ensure effective project planning, execution, and logistics.
• Provide assistance to colleagues within the Project Management team.
• Execute administrative tasks such as managing documentation and paperwork, including daily progress reports.
• Create and circulate reports to the project team and key stakeholders.
• Oversee, coordinate, and support logistics, scheduling, and project execution.
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, and adaptability.
• Have experience in operations, logistics, or a related field.
• Be proficient in Salesforce, Google Sheets & Docs, and Microsoft Office, including Teams.
• Ability to manage high-level, long-term planning while seamlessly transitioning to fast-paced project execution.
• Exhibit excellent analytical, organizational, project management, planning, and communication skills; high attention to detail; consistent follow-through; and be a stellar team player.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid, constant changes to ‘the plan’ while adapting quickly and effortlessly.
• Capable of balancing competing interests while upholding a sense of urgency and meeting frequent short timelines, goals, and deadlines.
• Provide weekend coverage for European projects and potentially assist NAM projects.
• Support other PMs during weekends in emergency situations.
• Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills.
• Bonus qualifications include:
• Experience with or knowledge of wind energy/renewables.
• Practical experience with process control, logistics, quality, metrics tracking, or similar systems.
• Experience in working with international clients and navigating cross-cultural communications.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in operations, logistics, project management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with or understanding of drones and/or aviation regulations.
• Experience in or knowledge of marine logistics.
• Fluency in additional European languages, preferably German or Spanish.
• IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent health and safety training.
