Project Manager, Western Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Set project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards in accordance with company policy and the specifications outlined in the contracted work scope.

• Monitor, manage, and address project issues as they emerge throughout the project lifecycle.

• Clarify and communicate plans and contract terms to administrative personnel, team members, and clients.

• Generate reports by extracting necessary data from diverse sources regarding areas such as work progress, costs, and scheduling for both internal and external audiences.

• Execute and comply with the project management process and methodology.

• Collaborate with contract administrators to oversee the financial elements of contracts, safeguarding the company's interests while fostering positive relationships with customers.

• Represent the company in client-facing project meetings and participate in strategic discussions.

• Monitor and reconcile revenue, cost of goods sold, accruals, and customer invoices applying cost accounting principles.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in business or a preferred technical field (such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, business, or another mathematical discipline) along with 3-7 years of demonstrated Project Management experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

• Exceptional presentation skills are required.

• Preferred experience in the utility or utility services management sector.

• PMP/PMI certification is a plus.
