• Act as a key facilitator of execution and governance across a range of strategic marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with marketing leaders, strategy teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to guarantee timely program execution.
• Create and uphold program governance frameworks, which include project charters, RACI matrices, decision logs, and escalation protocols.
• Design and oversee integrated marketing roadmaps that encompass timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Recognize risks, issues, and obstacles, and proactively apply mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate workflows among business, creative, legal, compliance, and operational teams.
• Manage daily program management tasks, including scheduling and leading meetings, recording action items, and monitoring follow-ups.
• Provide regular status updates and executive-level reports that include progress summaries, risks, and key decisions.
• A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience in program or project management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale, cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
• Previous experience in supporting marketing organizations or campaign delivery teams.
• Experience in the financial services or wealth management sector.
• Extensive knowledge in program governance, process design, and execution management.
• Strong comprehension of marketing campaign lifecycles, approval workflows, and go-to-market execution.
• Experience in managing legal and compliance approval processes in regulated environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and executive communication.
