Project Manager – US Central Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversees intricate, large-scale public safety applications (CAD/Mobile/Records/Jail) projects.

• Directs and coordinates the activities of the project team across various organizational boundaries.

• Fosters strategic relationships between internal and external teams.

• Addresses and resolves issues that arise between internal and external groups.

• Accountable for the profitability of all projects under their management.

• Develops and maintains a project budget and timeline.

• Creates and sustains a communication plan with project teams and clients.

• Establishes and implements risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

• Designs and upholds a quality plan.

• Authorizes invoices.

• Provides quotations for system integration and statements of work.

• Responsible for generating, distributing, and presenting various project status reports and outcomes.

• Collaborates with the Project Management Office to identify and apply process improvements and best practices within the Project Management discipline.

• Engages in pre-contract evaluations of contract terms and scope to assess and mitigate potential risks and gaps.

• Participates in pre-contract oral presentations and customer negotiations.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma, Technical Certification, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree, along with experience in one of the following fields: Project Management, Program Management, Business Operations, Communications, Finance, IT, Solutions, or Technology.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management or Program Management is required for consideration for this position.

• Must be able to obtain a background clearance as mandated by our government clients.
