Project Manager, Telecommunications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage broadband network infrastructure projects from their inception to completion.

• Coordinate network buildouts, installations, ring collapses, capacity improvements, and associated engineering efforts.

• Collaborate with Enterprise Engineering, Inside Plant (ISP), Implementation, Field Operations, Optical Network, and other cross-functional teams to guarantee successful project execution.

• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, risk logs, and presentations for executive stakeholders.

• Monitor project milestones, dependencies, risks, and key performance indicators.

• Lead stakeholder meetings, foster discussions, and ensure alignment between technical and business teams.

• Relay project status, risks, and recommendations to leadership and executive stakeholders.

• Quickly adapt to changing tools, processes, and organizational priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing telecommunications or broadband network infrastructure projects.

• Familiarity with network buildouts, fiber infrastructure, network enhancements, ring collapses, and related engineering activities.

• Background in collaborating with teams such as Inside Plant (ISP), Implementation, Field Operations, and Optical Network organizations.

• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Exceptional facilitation, organizational, and project leadership skills.

• Proficient in project management tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to swiftly learn new tools and processes.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
