This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Lead and implement sustainability initiatives across various entities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Oversee the complete sustainability data reporting processes, including preparation and submission to external agencies.
• Define, monitor, and achieve KPIs and value plans (such as operational value plans and performance targets).
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks, with a strong emphasis on regulatory and compliance exposure.
• Conduct evaluations and assist in developing sustainability strategies (e.g., water, energy, CO₂ reduction), including setting execution roadmaps and glide paths.
• Propel integration initiatives, aligning various entities with unified processes and reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sustainability, Operations, and other essential business functions.
• Foster alignment among stakeholders, including senior leadership, particularly in complex or uncertain situations.
• Ensure compliance with sustainability standards, frameworks, and responsible sourcing principles.
• Support continuous enhancement and optimization of sustainability processes and reporting practices.
• Proven experience in Project or Program Management within intricate, multi-entity environments.
• Established background in sustainability, ESG, or regulatory-driven initiatives (e.g., CO₂, water, energy management, ESG reporting).
• Strong comprehension of sustainability compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO standards, regulatory requirements, responsible sourcing).
• Experience in managing data-driven processes, including reporting to external regulatory authorities.
• Robust risk management capabilities, especially in compliance-intensive environments.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to convert insights into actionable plans.
• Outstanding stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence and align cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate effectively in ambiguous and evolving situations.
• Experience in integration or transformation projects is a significant advantage.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is mandatory.
• Proficient communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
