This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee or co-manage the complete project management of ezyVet migrations for both new and existing AOSN network practices, spanning from initial scoping to post-go-live stabilization.
• Create and uphold comprehensive migration project plans, schedules, and task trackers; proactively spot risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate the data mapping and transition of legacy practice data (such as patient records, invoicing history, and inventory) into ezyVet.
• Collaborate with practice leadership and support teams to synchronize workflows and tailor ezyVet to fulfill specific operational requirements, while also ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
• Conduct pre-migration testing and audits to guarantee readiness for launch.
• Offer on-site or remote support during go-live and arrange hypercare coverage in the days following each launch.
• Document lessons learned and continuously enhance the migration playbook to boost speed and quality for future rollouts.
• Act as the primary contact for inquiries, issues, and enhancement requests related to ezyVet across the AOSN network.
• Resolve system configuration challenges, workflow discrepancies, and user errors; escalate bugs to ezyVet support as needed.
• Manage and uphold ezyVet system settings, including user accounts, permission levels, and configuration updates.
• Create and present ezyVet training materials, quick-reference guides, and knowledge base articles for network personnel.
• Monitor platform release notes and relay pertinent updates, new features, and deprecations to stakeholders.
• Track and report on system adoption, usage metrics, and outstanding support issues across practices.
• Assist in the setup, testing, and ongoing maintenance of integrations between ezyVet and related platforms.
• Collaborate with integration vendors, ezyVet support, and internal technical teams to address data synchronization issues and connectivity errors.
• Engage in scoping and requirements gathering for new integration projects; document integration specifications and workflows.
• Assess integration performance after launch and monitor for any data inconsistencies or failures.
• Provide second-line support to manage incoming helpdesk tickets pertaining to ezyVet and associated systems.
• Maintain precise ticket documentation, status updates, and resolution notes within the helpdesk platform.
• Identify recurring issues and escalate trends to leadership to inform systemic solutions or training requirements.
• Contribute to various technology and operational projects as directed by leadership.
• Work collaboratively with operations, finance, and clinical teams to ensure project alignment with network priorities.
• Maintain consistent and transparent communication with stakeholders throughout all phases of the project.
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, showcasing a successful history of managing software implementations or system migrations.
• Practical experience with ezyVet or similar veterinary/healthcare practice management systems.
• Solid understanding of practice workflows in a veterinary, healthcare, or multi-site services context.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple concurrent projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable engaging directly with end users at all levels, including non-technical staff.
• Direct experience in ezyVet implementation or administration is highly preferred.
• Background in supporting software integrations or collaborating with technical/API integration teams.
• Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira Service Management).
• PMP, CAPM, or an equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• Experience in veterinary practice operations or multi-site healthcare/service networks.
