Project Manager, SC Implementations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Set achievable goals and develop action plans for the successful implementation of new business initiatives.

• Lead and guide project team members to ensure adherence to established standards, procedures, and guidelines.

• Ensure the availability of financial, material, and human resources necessary for the successful completion of projects.

• Assess progress to identify any limitations or issues and seek solutions for more efficient processes.

• Formulate internal and external communication strategies that facilitate effective communication between various departments and clients.

• Utilize specialized tools and techniques to delegate tasks effectively and ensure an equitable distribution of responsibilities among project team members.

• Engage in educational programs to enhance job knowledge and broaden personal networks.

• Inspire team members to achieve project objectives by effectively fulfilling their roles.

• Provide viable solutions to meet established targets and fulfill client needs.

• Oversee all aspects of projects, including planning, communication, risk assessment, and resource management.

• Foster a collaborative and enjoyable work environment that promotes effective creative thinking.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline or equivalent relevant work or military experience.

• At least 1 year of experience in operations, ideally within manufacturing or logistics.

• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.

• Experience in project management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
