This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee large-scale projects and reporting processes.
• Achieve cross-functional capabilities and objectives within the team's portfolio, including optimizing engagement across reporting, improving cash and yield forecasting abilities, and incorporating technology and tools into the team's workflow.
• Work closely with leaders from ROPS, Finance, and Accounting to drive outcomes by creating a unified narrative and fostering robust partnerships built on trust and respect across various teams and functions.
• Achieve team and ROPS goals and objectives by effectively prioritizing, planning, and delegating tasks.
• Design, lead, and communicate updates, challenges, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders throughout key milestones.
• Extract insights and trends from both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Propose data-driven solutions for challenges or obstacles within your workstreams.
• Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to develop strategies across processes and technology to ensure the achievement of targets, goals, projects, and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a strong preference for Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Analytics, or another applicable discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle strategy, or business analytics.
• 2+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives/projects with executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and executive communication abilities (both verbal and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, Tableau, and SQL Models.
• Preferred MBA or another advanced degree.
• Experience with financial topics/analytics, particularly concerning cash flow, revenue reserves, forecasting, etc.
• Familiarity with Co-Pilot, Power Automate, Alteryx, and/or other advanced tools.
