This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Oversee construction projects for multi-site retail and grocery establishments, including renovations in operational stores.
• Act as the main client-facing representative, fostering robust relationships and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
• Supervise preconstruction processes such as bidding, contractor coordination, permitting, and scheduling.
• Serve as the owner's representative, facilitating communication between franchise owners, general contractors, architects, and suppliers.
• Track project advancement to guarantee that schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives are met.
• Evaluate construction documents, scopes of work, and contractor bids.
• Handle change orders, financial management, invoicing, and reporting.
• Lead the completion of punch lists and project wrap-up.
• Deliver consistent project updates and proactive risk management strategies.
• 5-10 years of experience in construction project management.
• Demonstrated experience in retail and/or grocery renovation construction is highly preferred.
• Required experience in active, operational store settings.
• Strongly preferred experience with HVAC and/or refrigeration projects.
• Experience in managing multi-site rollouts or program-based construction.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills with the capacity to influence and establish trust.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic environment.
• Solid understanding of construction management platforms such as Procore, Smartsheet, Buildertrend, or comparable tools.
