Assistant BAS Controls Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Assist the Senior Project Manager in the planning, execution, and closure of DDC control system projects.

• Aid in the definition of project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.

• Facilitate coordination and communication among cross-functional project teams.

• Support budget management by monitoring project expenses.

• Assist in the creation and upkeep of comprehensive project schedules.

• Help foster strong relationships with clients.

• Participate in project meetings and record meeting minutes.

• Conduct site visits and inspections as part of project oversight.

• Contribute to the management of project change orders.

• Aid in the preservation of accurate project documentation.

• Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience, ideally in project management or controls engineering.

• Possession of a valid driver's license and the capability to travel to various job sites as needed.

• Basic knowledge of controls engineering principles, building automation systems, and DDC controls.

• Familiarity with project management concepts, methodologies, and tools.

• Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
