Project Manager, Real-World Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead intricate, customer-oriented healthcare data and evidence-generation initiatives.

• Oversee successful project delivery from initiation through to completion.

• Facilitate governance, reporting, change management, and project execution.

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, coordinating internal teams and external partners.

• Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and overall project governance.

• Collaborate with scientific, technical, and operational teams.

• Promote continuous enhancement of PMO processes and delivery practices.

• Steer assigned projects through key milestones and governance reviews.

• Take ownership of delivery for multiple customer projects.

• Contribute to the capabilities of evidence-generation delivery and PMO methodologies.

• Assist in scaling the global delivery of complex real-world data programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience within life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, research, healthcare technology, or similar sectors.

• Demonstrated experience in leading customer-facing projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Healthcare Informatics, or a related discipline.

• Experience in managing real-world data (RWD), real-world evidence (RWE), or eClinical projects is a plus.

• Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, or other healthcare privacy regulations is beneficial.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

• Understanding of healthcare data ecosystems and evidence generation processes is advantageous.
