Project Manager, Real-World Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead intricate, customer-oriented healthcare data and evidence-generation initiatives

• Take ownership of successful project delivery from initiation to completion

• Oversee governance, reporting, change management, and project execution

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating with internal teams and external partners

• Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and project governance effectively

• Collaborate with scientific, technical, and operational teams

• Assist in the ongoing enhancement of PMO processes and delivery practices

• Cultivate relationships with customers, data partners, and internal delivery teams

• Guide assigned projects through milestones and governance reviews

• Establish practices for risk, issue, and change management

• Take ownership of delivery for multiple customer projects

• Contribute to the advancement of evidence-generation delivery capabilities and PMO methodologies

• Aid in scaling the delivery of complex RWD programs on a global scale

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of project management experience in life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, research, healthcare technology, or similar fields

• Demonstrated experience leading customer-facing projects that involve multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in English

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Healthcare Informatics, or a related discipline

• Experience with real-world data (RWD), real-world evidence (RWE), or eClinical projects is advantageous

• Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, or other healthcare privacy regulations is a plus

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred

• Knowledge of healthcare data ecosystems and evidence generation processes is beneficial
