This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate and uphold robust relationships with clients and faculty members.
• Ensure timely and professional communication, both written and verbal, with clients and faculty members.
• Guarantee that client expectations are fulfilled at all levels of program activities.
• Build and sustain comprehensive knowledge of client organizations, products, disease states, and publications.
• Create budgets for new projects.
• Participate in new business development initiatives within the account team.
• Oversee budgeting, financial tracking, and reconciliation for individual projects.
• Organize and lead start-up, interim, and final team meetings for each project.
• Drive the progress of multidisciplinary project teams to ensure they perform within budget, on time, and in alignment with strategy.
• Manage the intricacies of daily account work for each project.
• Supervise and assist in the development of all project-related activities.
• Support the training of new account team members as necessary.
• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of three to five years of relevant project management experience in a publications setting is essential.
• Candidates should possess the ability to understand and retain scientific information.
• Strong technical proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, are required.
• Experience with publication management systems, such as iEnvision/Datavision and PubStrat, is preferred.
