This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take ownership of the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within defined scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Create and maintain project timelines, actively monitoring milestones and ensuring timely completion of deliverables with subject matter experts (SMEs).
• Revise project objectives and master plans, compiling essential information for internal reporting purposes.
• Manage changes in project scope due to internal or external influences and evaluate their effects on timelines and delivery outcomes.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project core teams and assist in resource allocation and coordination.
• Lead diverse and cross-functional teams without direct line authority to meet project goals.
• Ensure compliance with stage-gate processes and deliverables, promoting transparency and adherence to best practices.
• Facilitate the resolution of project-related challenges and eliminate obstacles.
• Actively engage in governance forums and guarantee effective communication among stakeholders.
• Provide consistent project status updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on project management issues throughout the organization.
• Identify inefficiencies and promote process optimization to enhance productivity and delivery effectiveness.
• Strong comprehension of product development, deployment, and commercialization processes.
• Demonstrated experience in successfully executing complex projects in an international setting.
• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and navigate effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Strong influencing, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with the capacity to lead and influence without formal authority.
• Advanced understanding of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and associated tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities coupled with a creative, “out-of-the-box” approach.
• Commitment to continuous improvement with proven capabilities in process optimization.
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and skilled in utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity and analysis.
