Project Manager – Permitting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the seamless progression of projects by navigating regulatory challenges.

• Partner with local government officials to expedite the approval processes.

• Manage several permitting projects concurrently.

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance Pulley’s platform and improve the client experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in architecture, construction, or permitting.

• Strong knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting procedures, particularly in the Baltimore region.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Proficient in using relevant software tools and capable of quickly adapting to new systems.

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a closely related discipline.
