Project Manager – Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Formulate and execute operational strategies that enhance company growth and operational efficiency.

• Evaluate current workflows and pinpoint areas for enhancement and optimization.

• Organize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects simultaneously to guarantee timely completion.

• Mentor team members, assign tasks appropriately, and uphold accountability across all ongoing projects.

• Maintain regular communication with leadership regarding project status, KPI performance, and challenges along with proposed solutions.

• Develop and monitor KPIs, reports, and operational objectives to assess and drive performance outcomes.

• Assist in sales planning, lead generation, and relationship development initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, Operations Manager, or in a comparable leadership position.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a strong history of clear and consistent reporting to leadership.

• Proficient in creating and monitoring KPIs, operational reports, and performance objectives.

• Comprehensive understanding of sales strategies, operational planning, and business development.

• Proven capability to lead teams, delegate tasks effectively, and foster accountability.

• Experience in the driving school, educational services, or a similar regulated service sector within the United States (Preferred).

• Background in customer service operations, scheduling, or compliance-focused environments (Preferred).

• Familiarity with operational scaling and partnership development (Preferred).
