This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Supervising the daily execution, coordination, and administration of program operations that facilitate extensive federal transition assistance services.
• Delivering operational guidance for geographically distributed teams across various installations throughout the globe.
• Ensuring uniform service delivery, staffing availability, scheduling alignment, and operational preparedness.
• Acting as a primary point of contact between Government leadership, regional management teams, and on-site personnel.
• Managing workforce operations, evaluating performance metrics, and supporting staffing and deployment processes.
• Monitoring operational risks and guaranteeing the continuity of services across all designated locations.
• Overseeing operational reporting, enhancing communication among stakeholders, and aiding in training and onboarding programs.
• Executing quality assurance and process enhancement initiatives, facilitating issue resolution, and upholding high standards of customer service and mission success.
• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in managing daily operations of a distributed workforce.
• Capability to issue directives and schedules essential for effective project management.
• Proficiency in handling competing deadlines.
• Background in supporting intricate projects and transformation initiatives within the federal government.
• Comfort in managing complex client relationships.
• Ability to secure and maintain a public trust clearance.
