Project Manager – Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Managing the daily execution, coordination, and oversight of program operations for extensive federal transition assistance services.

• Providing operational guidance for teams spread across multiple locations globally.

• Ensuring uniform service delivery, adequate staffing, effective scheduling, and overall operational preparedness.

• Acting as a crucial link between Government leadership, regional management teams, and onsite personnel.

• Overseeing workforce operations, evaluating performance metrics, aiding staffing and deployment processes, monitoring operational risks, and guaranteeing service continuity across all assigned sites.

• Managing operational reporting, enhancing communication among stakeholders, supporting training and onboarding programs, and aiding in the implementation of quality assurance and process improvement initiatives.

• Ensuring operational coherence with program management strategies, assisting in issue resolution, and staying informed about changing program requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in managing daily operations of a distributed workforce.

• Capability to issue directives and schedules essential for effective project management.

• Skill in managing competing deadlines efficiently.

• Experience in supporting intricate projects and transformation initiatives within the federal government.

• Comfort in managing complex client relationships.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
