• Oversee environmental projects from inception to conclusion, encompassing budgets, timelines, reporting, and overall project effectiveness.
• Collaborate with clients, regulatory bodies, internal teams, subcontractors, and field personnel to fulfill project and compliance objectives.
• Develop cost estimates, budgets, work plans, and proposals for both new and ongoing project prospects.
• Supervise field operations, site safety, sampling initiatives, and compliance monitoring to guarantee that tasks are carried out safely and in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Guide, support, and mentor field personnel through training, task assignments, and continuous project communication.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Environmental Sciences or a related discipline.
• Practical experience in environmental site assessment, remediation, and sampling (soil, water, air).
• Capability to undertake physically demanding field work, including lifting up to 100 lbs, standing for prolonged periods, and operating in challenging outdoor environments.
• Readiness and willingness to frequently travel to various project sites across the North, including remote areas.
• Openness to work both in an office setting and in the field, with exposure to weather, dust, noise, mud, water, and other site conditions.
• A valid driver's license and the capacity to travel to isolated project sites.
• First Aid and WHMIS/TDG certifications (or a willingness to complete training provided by KBL).
