This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +1 more state.
• Establish the strategic direction for all projects.
• Identify, detect, and resolve any inaccuracies related to sales, contracts, or products.
• Define target milestones and deadlines for projects.
• Execute and oversee multiple voice projects concurrently, utilizing the appropriate systems, metrics, tools, and techniques.
• Communicate customization of voice features and provide solutions to project-related challenges.
• Coordinate and liaise with Momentum Field Engineers and Implementation Engineers regarding all facets of project and voice installations.
• Maintain ongoing verbal and written (email) communication with customers, partners, and sub-agents.
• Collaborate with other Momentum Departments to ensure successful project completion, including Fulfillment, Billing, Software Engineering, Training, Carrier Relations, Technical Support, etc.
• A four-year undergraduate degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing is preferred.
• Experience in telecommunications is preferred.
