This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Act as the advocate for the Client throughout the engagement.
• Oversee the complete NetSuite implementation lifecycle across all stages: Plan, Design, Build, Verify, Deploy, and Transition.
• Manage project scope, timelines, work breakdown structures, resource allocation, and budgeting.
• Lead client project status meetings and collaborate with the Engagement Manager during monthly steering committee meetings.
• Handle change control processes and manage both client and project team expectations; ensure that non-standard features are documented and evaluated prior to implementation.
• Provide assistance and support for client change management initiatives.
• Ensure the quality management of communications and deliverables.
• Maintain daily time entries in 15-minute increments with detailed notes that differentiate between online (client-facing) and offline work; review and approve consultant time for assigned engagements before billing is finalized.
• Manage weekly utilization planning and forward forecasting for yourself and assigned consultants; escalate any risks related to utilization or capacity at least two weeks ahead of time.
• Keep the project task list as the definitive source of truth; update the project plan at least once a week, with updates completed prior to status meetings.
• Maintain the RAID log in Smartsheet; log new items within 24 hours of identification and review them during each status and steering committee meeting.
• Identify project risks proactively before they escalate into issues; escalate them in writing with documented impacts on scope, timeline, and budget.
• Acknowledge internal coaching, EM direction, and communications with the client within 24 business hours, even if full resolution takes longer.
• Report budget consumption weekly by stage, activity code, and resource.
• Utilize and apply BPC's AI-augmented delivery tools across project management tasks, including planning, governance, RAID management, status reporting, and knowledge capture; provide feedback on observations, exceptions, and improvements to the firm.
• Actively delegate tasks to junior resources to aid their development, enhance project economics, and allow senior resources to focus on higher-value contributions.
• Engage in Velocity missions and contribute to firm improvement initiatives.
• Submit reusable artifacts (like templates, playbooks, lessons learned, and methodology contributions) to the firm’s knowledge management at the end of each engagement.
• Acquire new skills, industries, PM tools, and NetSuite product knowledge as required for customer engagements.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• Over 3 years of experience managing ERP implementations.
• Proven operational reliability, including timely time entry, precise forecasting, and consistent follow-through on coaching as a foundational skill.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and change management abilities.
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
• Capability to effectively manage client and team interactions and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Solid background in managing projects within a consulting services or other professional services environment.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a virtual setting and feel comfortable leading on-site client workshops.
• Experience managing projects with teams of 5 or more across multiple workstreams.
• Comfort with working in an AI-augmented delivery model and contributing to its development.
