This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Professionally engage with partners and clients in various languages and in a timely manner.
• Receive, organize, and distribute files in accordance with the standards established by previous team members.
• Communicate confidently with all staff and sister studios.
• Plan and schedule tasks for designers, monitor their progress, and inform other PMs and/or clients about any delays or obstacles in the workflow.
• Manage ClickUp: Create and assign tickets per the schedule, provide relevant and clear feedback, and update tickets based on the latest developments.
• Maintain composure; as a PM, you act as the maestro of an orchestra, setting the tone and pace for the work.
• Generate copy and conduct native checks: Each PM is accountable for a specific language in our advertisements.
• Perform quality checks: The PM serves as the final security measure before any documents are sent to partners and clients.
• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in multiple languages.
• Native or fluent English is essential (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent).
• Native or fluent proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is required.
• Fluency in one or more Asian languages, such as Japanese, Korean, or Chinese, is highly advantageous.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, etc.).
• Proficient use of AI in the workplace.
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to adhere to existing processes.
• A meticulous eye for detail to ensure quality checks on all outgoing work and provide constructive feedback for improvements.
• Willingness to collaborate as part of a team and contribute to creative discussions.
• A strong desire to learn from reviews and constructively receive feedback.
• Strong personal time management skills.
• Capability to work remotely and independently; prior freelance experience is a plus.
• Flexibility in work hours.

• Employment Type: Permanent, available in part-time or full-time.
• Monthly allowance for home office equipment and supplies (15,000 JPY/month).
• Private language tutoring (Japanese and/or English).
• Commuting fees covered when required to attend office/events.

• Paid summer/winter vacation: 5 days per year (applicable after the probation period).
