This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Manage and execute projects related to our product Opus::L independently, collaborating closely with customers and internal expert departments.
• Proactively identify project risks and devise and implement suitable countermeasures.
• Oversee project control, which includes the preparation of project reports for both customers and departmental management.
• Provide support to customers throughout the entire project lifecycle, from kickoff to go-live, including on-site visits.
• Collaborate closely with various teams to assist in the preparation of proposals.
• A degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field, ideally with a specialization in healthcare or healthcare management; alternatively, vocational training in the healthcare sector accompanied by several years of professional experience.
• Several years of experience with medical laboratory processes—especially microbiology—within a hospital environment, along with experience in healthcare IT project management; project management certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with Opus::L or other laboratory information systems is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, meticulous work ethic, and a commitment to high-quality standards.
• A flexible, customer-centric approach to daily tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with software tools such as Confluence and shell is a plus.
• Proficient in German with a good command of English.
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
