This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develop and spearhead a project planning framework and tools for use across various functions and within our teams, from discovery and intake through to execution.
β’ Partner with stakeholders to ascertain project requirements and ensure alignment with marketing goals.
β’ Create and uphold project timelines, monitoring progress while proactively addressing potential risks and challenges.
β’ Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration throughout the entire project lifecycle.
β’ Steer decision-making processes in conjunction with business partners to fulfill project objectives.
β’ Manage team capacity by assessing the current state of the project pipeline and making informed, data-driven trade-offs.
β’ Propel process enhancements and efficiencies to meet operational targets.
β’ Anticipate and provide guidance on project risks, leading the development and execution of mitigation strategies.
β’ Foster awareness among partners regarding project status, expenditure, priorities, and resource allocation.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to craft innovative marketing campaigns that engage fans, boost attendance, and elevate brand visibility.
β’ Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring compliance with timelines, brand standards, and legal regulations.
β’ Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
β’ Iterate and scale systems and projects to cater to the League's global requirements.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
β’ Demonstrated experience (7+ years) in project management, ideally within a marketing or technology-focused environment.
β’ Proficient in Adobe Workfront project management.
β’ Strong grasp of marketing principles, campaign development, and brand management.
β’ Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a talent for prioritizing tasks and overseeing multiple projects concurrently.
β’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
β’ Proven capability to think strategically, solve problems, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced setting.
β’ Familiarity with project-specific technologies and tools relevant to the industry.
β’ A passion for sports and a comprehensive understanding of the global sports landscape.
