Project Manager – Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of internal marketing and operational initiatives.

• Take ownership of project results, ensuring that initiatives are finalized on schedule and meet business goals.

• Detect inefficiencies and apply automation, artificial intelligence, and workflow enhancements.

• Coordinate with stakeholders across Marketing, Technology, Operations, and Leadership teams.

• Manage project timelines, priorities, dependencies, risks, and resources effectively.

• Anticipate potential obstacles and proactively devise solutions before they escalate into issues.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, standard operating procedures, reports, and project visibility.

• Assist in the implementation of new systems, platforms, and process enhancements.

• Monitor project performance and promote continuous improvement through data analysis and insights.

• A minimum of 3 years of project management or marketing experience, ideally in a remote setting.

• Strong technical skills with the ability to rapidly adapt to new software, systems, AI, and automation tools.

• A genuine enthusiasm for AI, emerging technologies, and process enhancement.

• An agentic mindset with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and work autonomously.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying and resolving challenges proactively.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Highly organized, analytical, and focused on execution.

• Experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or campaign management is advantageous.

• Familiarity with project management, CRM, automation, and collaboration tools is a plus.
