This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Deliver technical knowledge and support to various stakeholders.
• Organize, facilitate, and lead meetings as required with both internal and external parties.
• Collect, assess, and document project requirements to define the scope of work.
• Conduct jobsite visits as needed or upon request to ensure effective project quoting and execution.
• Identify equipment and service requirements to develop project quotes.
• Strategize and manage project-related operations essential for successful implementation.
• Establish and oversee project quality and reporting standards as needed.
• Create project documentation, including plans, drawings, budgets, logs, reports, summaries, and lessons learned.
• Compile necessary data for precise and timely updates to stakeholders regarding project progress and status.
• Adhere to and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Provide support to management personnel as required.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
• A minimum of five years of experience in industrial electric equipment field operations.
• At least three years of experience in electrical systems design or engineering.
• A minimum of three years of experience in project management (a PMP certification is advantageous).
• Ability to read and understand technical documents, including manuals, prints, plans, and schematics.
• Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time and pass periodic drug, alcohol, and security screenings.
