This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manages the planning and implementation of both large-scale and moderately complex projects and programs.
• Evaluates and inspects program locations, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Forms program teams, allocates individual roles, creates schedules, and identifies and secures necessary resources.
• Develops, updates, and maintains program plans and budgets, while preparing and reviewing performance reports.
• Negotiates, administers, and oversees contracts with contractors and consultants.
• Acts as a point of contact between team members and functional area management regarding program requests.
• Monitors team workflows and procedures, manages expenses, and promotes initiatives that enhance team performance toward departmental and organizational objectives.
• Assesses and reviews work to guarantee quality and timeliness, ensuring adherence to quality control standards as per policies and procedures.
• Manages personnel requirements for the program, including coaching, training, and evaluating employee performance, while contributing to decisions regarding termination, compensation, and promotions.
• A Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Business Administration or a related field, or alternatively, a High School Diploma or GED (accredited) along with 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Seven (7) to ten (10) years of prior experience in addition to the educational requirement.
