This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance K12 Zone adoption and engagement among schools, teachers, students, and Learning Coaches.
• Establish connections with school Points of Contact, educators, and other stakeholders to facilitate Zone implementation and utilization.
• Identify school advocates and disseminate scalable best practices.
• Create and conduct training sessions, onboarding processes, office hours, and enablement resources for teachers and schools.
• Produce guides, tutorials, and communications that assist educators in utilizing Zone features and experiences effectively.
• Collaborate with Product and school teams to aid in the launch of new tools, features, and instructional use cases.
• Plan and implement K-12 programming, events, campaigns, and seasonal experiences within the K12 Zone.
• Oversee programming calendars, event logistics, speakers, activities, and cross-functional support.
• Assist with school and national programming while identifying opportunities to boost repeat student participation.
• Develop and manage marketing and communication strategies for K12 Zone programming, events, and experiences.
• Create and disseminate school communications, newsletters, promotional materials, and other content.
• Oversee program timelines, deliverables, and operational details across K12 Zone initiatives and school year launches.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, Curriculum, and school teams to ensure effective execution.
• An Associate degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in program management, community engagement, education, training, or a similar role.
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Capability to juggle multiple priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in developing and delivering training, programming, communications, or events.
• Strong passion for K-12 education, student engagement, and digital or virtual experiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
• Competence in web technologies.
• Familiarity with virtual platforms, content management systems, or online communities is preferred.
• Must pass a required background check.
