Project Manager – IT, Physical Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Apply project and process management methodologies, standards, and tools to ensure effective project execution.

• Facilitate project kick-off meetings to guarantee the successful initiation of each project.

• Support the creation of project bids and proposals while overseeing negotiated terms.

• Actively identify and mitigate risks, while forecasting the future direction of projects.

• Ensure that all aspects of account-specific field operations are conducted safely.

• Provide precise cost and revenue estimates throughout the entire life cycle of Projects and/or Work Orders.

• Keep accurate and comprehensive records regarding project progress and maintain regular communication with stakeholders.

• Manage project information and data using company-assigned tools and systems.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for communication among all internal and external parties.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three to five years of experience in a project setting, including relevant industry experience with overall accountability.

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• PMP or an equivalent professional certification is required.
