Project Manager – Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +19 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee detailed project plans that are in line with client needs and contractual agreements.

• Manage multiple simultaneous client implementation projects.

• Ensure timely advancement and maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Monitor project milestones and completion of tasks.

• Identify potential risks in advance and apply strategies to mitigate them.

• Establish and nurture relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

• Position Knowtion Health as a reliable partner.

• Assess program success against booking projections.

• Provide reports on essential performance indicators.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or revenue cycle organization.

• At least 3 years in client-facing, technology-focused implementation or project management positions.

• A dedicated, distraction-free workspace at home.

• A valid government-issued photo ID for screening and/or interviews.

• Agreement to photo capture for identity verification, security, and record-keeping purposes.

• Participation in E-Verify.
