Project Manager, Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the installation of Aristocrat software and hardware products at client sites, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to specified standards.

• Engage directly with clients and third-party vendors throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Validate project scope by confirming client requirements and current system operations.

• Create a detailed timeline for the installation of gaming software, discuss the project plan, set meeting dates, and define project milestones.

• Conduct weekly project meetings either onsite or through conference calls.

• Manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Prioritize tasks and establish team schedules during both the planning and execution phases of a project.

• Prepare status reports for the Aristocrat Interactive Stakeholders Executive team, highlighting completed achievements and any project obstacles.

• Provide regular updates on project status, including hours utilized, unresolved issues, risks, and overall progress.

• Identify insights gained from project implementations and suggest recommendations and feasible solutions.

• Complete all necessary project updates and administrative documentation within established EMO SLAs.

• Collaborate with assigned team members to ensure cross-functional execution of projects from initiation to completion.

• Record project achievements, team member responsibilities, and completion details in Adobe Workfront.

• Act as a liaison between the Aristocrat Interactive team and property contacts.

• Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

• Guide and support team members in the planning and execution phases to ensure compliance with quality, consistency, and other relevant standards in accordance with Aristocrat Interactive’s Project Management Methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent work experience.

• Over 4 years of experience in project management within the casino systems technology industry, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Aristocrat Oasis Master Certification is mandatory within 6 months of employment.

• Preferred qualifications include Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or similar professional credentials.

• Previous experience in the Gaming Industry is advantageous.
